We use Inflow to keep our inventory separate from our billing process and to support daily service calls for our technicians. It allows them to check stock availability on the spot. However, one of our biggest challenges is that sales quotes and sales orders don’t include product images. Having pictures would be a significant improvement, as it helps customers visualize the products.

We transitioned from the desktop version of InFlow to the cloud-based platform, and the experience has been seamless.
