Insightly has been a great fit for our unique community management needs due to its adaptability. We’ve been able to build the functionality we need without investing thousands in a developer. However, perhaps because of our extensive configurations, we’ve encountered bugs that the Insightly team hasn’t been able to resolve.

Task management on Insightly is functional, but it lacks some of the flexibility and automation features you might expect from a more advanced CRM. You can set up tasks and assign them to team members, but the system could be more intuitive when it comes to setting recurring tasks or automatically tracking progress.
