Pipedrive is incredibly user-friendly. I set it up on my own — migrating data, configuring pipelines, and setting up automation with ease. After struggling with a competitor’s CRM, this was a breath of fresh air. Smart Docs, which lets me pre-fill documents with CRM data, was a key reason I chose Pipedrive. It would be great if it integrated with other invoicing software beyond QuickBooks.
