MRPeasy has improved our production scheduling and reduced downtime, but it has some drawbacks. The limited customization options make it hard to tailor to our needs, and the user interface can be slow during peak usage, affecting efficiency.

The deployment was smooth, and support is useful. The system is easy to use once you become familiar with it. However, the reporting feature lacks customization. For example, I couldn’t find an option to display costs on a manufacturing order, and it seems this isn’t possible. Additionally, the manufacturing information is hard to read, and there’s no clear guide to help with understanding how to interpret it.

MRPeasy has made our scheduling process much more streamlined. The integration with our inventory and sales systems helps us stay ahead of potential issues, and the flexibility in adjusting production timelines is invaluable. One drawback I’ve found is that the software can occasionally be a bit slow when handling complex multi-step production orders, but this hasn’t been a dealbreaker for us.
