We now catch defects earlier and have a seamless process for quality checks and audits. Our team loves the ability to access inspection data and reports in real-time, which has greatly reduced downtime. My only criticism is that some of the reporting tools could use a bit more flexibility for customization. It’s a minor issue, though, compared to the overall benefits we’ve experienced in efficiency and accountability.
